Time flies, huh?

Hard to believe it was 11 months ago that I wrote the first blog post. Oh well, better late than never.

That exciting news I hinted at in the last post is that my work made it to the finalist stage of the Gutsy Great Writers Page One prize! gutsygreatnovelist.com/page-one-prize-winners-2022/

What a lovely bit of validation!

I also finished the whole novel, had a round of beta feedback, made corrections, hired a developmental editor and am now working through the last of those corrections.

Going out on submission this summer. Fingers crossed! I had a few agent 1:1s earlier this year and got some really valuable feedback from them so will be putting that to good use.
